Moodbidri, Feb 4, 2024 : In honour of the Ruby anniversary of ICYM Gantalkatte, the "CHANDARE" event was organised, featuring a splendid blend of music, songs, dance, and drama. The event, generously supported by Mr. Lloyd Rego Tacode and Mr. Roshan D'Souza Angelore, took place on Saturday, 27th January, and kicked off with a formal inauguration at 6:30 pm, thanking all the donors who generously contributed to organising such a grand event.

Mr. James Mendonsa, an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the primary sponsor of the event, was the chief guest of the inauguration ceremony. The ceremony commenced with a prayer song.

The celebration showcased performances by established artists, including talented dancers, actors, and singers from the parish and beyond. Notably, the event successfully brought together some of the finest singers and instrumentalists from the diocese.

Among the accomplished singers were Shilpa, Ashwin, Joshal, Robin, Meera, Stevan, Nisha, Roydon, Anora, and Alisha. The instrumentalists included Stefan Royston, Derek, Vijay, Ivan, Prajwal, Vickshith, along with notable actors from the parish – Jeevan, Maria, Rocky, Alwyn, Mark, and Arun.

The event was a resounding success, showcasing a rich array of artistic talents and creating memorable moments for all audiences.
