Gurpur - Kaikamba, July 26, 2023 : Pompei Youngster's Club affiliated to ICYM Gurpur unit and Youth Commission of the parish organized Monsoon Traditional Food Fest & Competition to the parishioners of Our Lady of Pompei Church Gurpur Kaikamba on 23rd of July at 3 PM. 

There were a total of 13 participants in this competition. Each team presented their dish in a very unique way. Judges of this competition were Sr. Lavita who is currently working has lecturer in Father Muller’s College of Nursing and Mervin Vas who is currently working has lecturer in Yenapoya, HOD of Department of Hospital Administration. 

1st and 2nd Prize was bagged by the teams from Kandar A Ward. Prizes were distributed by Parish priest - Rudolf Ravi D'sa and Parish Pastoral Council Vice President - Romans Lobo. Event was concluded by singing the PYC Anthem.
