Baku - Azerbaijan, November 21, 2024 : On the sidelines of UNFCCC COP29 meeting, Physician's Thoughts, a 4th book penned by Dr Edmond Fernandes was released in the city of Baku, Azerbaijan. This edition of the book release was very different, because it was released before a stellar panel of five stalwarts from around the globe.

The book was released in the presence of Lauren Baker, Deputy Director, Global Alliance for the future of food, Sanjay Srivastava, Chief, DRR Section, UNESCAP Asia Pacific Region, Jess Beagley, Policy Lead, The Global Climate and Health Alliance, Sira Secka, Negotiator for The Gambia at COP and Gulbaniz Ganbarova, Chairperson, Azerbaijan Rural Women's Association.

The book is wide ranging collection of quotes by Dr Fernandes wherein a broad spectrum of issues gets revealed in his own words holding immense significance and power. The work done by Dr. Fernandes around the world has helped him dive into numerous fields which bears testimony to his talent, passion and commitment to concerns of national and international importance, above all social importance.
