Nov 17, 2024 : The decennial exposition of the Sacred Relics of St. Francis Xavier, known locally as the ‘Goencho Saib,’ is one of the most significant religious events in Goa, and it is set to take place from November 21, 2024, to January 5, 2025, at Old Goa. This sacred event draws thousands of pilgrims and devotees from across the world to witness and venerate the revered relics of the saint, whose influence has shaped the history and spirituality of the region.
