Mangaluru, July 11 : "When you live for Jesus and You love people, you are going to live a significant life" - Tim Tebow

"Know Your Worth", a session on Small Christian Community’s (SCC) was held for ICYM Central Council members on 8th July 2023 at the diocesan Pastoral Centre Bajjodi, at 7pm. Rev Fr Joachim Fernandes, Diocesan Director of SCC was the resource person.

In this session Fr Joachim explained on how the youth must have dreams of faith in their life. He also explained how the Christian Community has changed and grown over the years. Breaking the word of God is not the only important part but submitting to the will of God through reflective reading of Scriptures is also very important.

After the session, Council Members took part in Adoration of the blessed Sacrament led by Fr Joachim.

Rev Fr Ashwin Lohith Cardoza Director- ICYM Mangalore Diocese welcomed the Speaker. Mr Terrance Crasta Regional Representative gave the vote of thanks. Rev Fr Ashwin Cardoza along with Mr. Mithesh D'Souza President and Ms Wilma Lobo General Secretary gave a memento to the Speaker as a token of gratitude.
