Mangaluru, Feb 28 : St. Theresa's School transformed into a hub of scientific brilliance as it hosted The Einstein Expo, an exhilarating science exhibition designed to ignite curiosity and innovation among young minds on February 27, 2025. With a mission to foster scientific inquiry and critical thinking, the event brought together students, educators, and experts in an inspiring showcase of talent and discovery.

The expo was inaugurated with an electrifying display of science in action, featuring dancing flames and the elephant's toothpaste experiment, setting the stage for a day filled with wonder. Adding to the excitement, colorful balloons were released, symbolizing the limitless potential of young innovators. The event commenced with a solemn prayer service, followed by a warm welcome address that set the tone for an inspiring and engaging day.

Gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest was Dr. Vaishali Rai M, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Microbiology at the School of Life Sciences, St. Aloysius College, Mangaluru. She was joined on stage by esteemed dignitaries: Sr. Lourdes, the Principal; Sr. Reena, the Vice Principal; Mrs. Collette Cabral, PTA Vice President; and Mrs. Juliet, a teacher at St. Theresa's School.

The Einstein Expo was not just an exhibition—it was a platform for discovery, creativity, and problem-solving. With projects spanning themes of environmental sustainability, technology, and real-world applications of scientific principles, students from classes 1 to 9 demonstrated remarkable ingenuity. Their exhibits highlighted innovative solutions to global challenges, collaborative research and teamwork, raising awareness of social and environmental issues, and encouraging analytical thinking and scientific inquiry. The energy at the exhibition was palpable, with students eagerly explaining their models and experiments, sparking insightful discussions among visitors.

In her address, Dr. Vaishali Rai M lauded the students' efforts and encouraged the school to collaborate with the Ministry of Education to further nurture scientific talent. Principal Sr. Lourdes commended the students' dedication and expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Jasmine Moreira for her meticulous planning and execution of the event.
