Mangaluru, Jan 21, 2025 : A capacity-building program on the topic of Art Integration was held at Nazareth School, Balmatta, Mangaluru, on 18th January 2025. The event, which started with registration at 8:30 AM, aimed at enhancing the professional skills of educators. A total of 60 educators from various institutions participated, making it an enriching experience for all attendees.

The program commenced with a beautiful prayer song, setting a spiritual tone for the day. This was followed by a vibrant welcome dance, which captivated the audience and showcased the talents of the students. The formal proceedings began with a warm welcome speech by Aldrisha, who emphasized the importance of such programs for continuous learning and professional growth.

The resource persons for the event were Mr.Vijaya Kumara BV from Gurukula International School, Hassan, and Mr. Shashi Kumar KC from Vidyadayinee Dayinee School, Suratkal. To honor them, the resource persons were presented with saplings as a gesture of respect and gratitude.

Mr.Vijaya Kumara BV and Mr.Shashi Kumar KC delivered their sessions in a creative and engaging manner, ensuring that all participants remained actively involved throughout. The sessions included interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and insightful presentations, encouraging the teachers to reflect on their practices and explore new methods for enhancing their teaching strategies.

The participants actively engaged in the activities, sharing their experiences and learning from one another. Their enthusiasm and engagement contributed significantly to the success of the program.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Mrs.Anisha, who expressed gratitude to the resource persons, participants, and the organizing team for making the event memorable and impactful. The program was efficiently coordinated by Miss Cherryl, who also served as the compere, ensuring smooth transitions between various segments.

Overall, the capacity-building program was a resounding success, providing educators with valuable knowledge and inspiration to enhance their teaching methods and make a positive impact on their students' learning journeys. The program came to an end at 5:30 PM.
