Vamanjoor, May 30 : KRCE, Bangalore organised a Training Programme for the staff on 30th May 2024 at St Agnes School (CBSE), Mangalore.

Sr. Lavita and staff from St Raymond's Eng. Med. Pry School, Vamanjoor, Sr. Vidya Pinto from St Raymond's High School, Vamanjoor and other management staff attended the training.

The training programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the Diya, followed by a solemn prayer service. Mrs. Josephine welcomed the gathering warmly, with special recognition given to the guest of honour and resource person for the day, Rev. Fr. Francis Assisi Almeida, Secretary of KRCE, Bangalore, along with the AC management personnel.

Rev. Fr. Francis Assisi Almeida initiated the session by engaging participants in a self-awareness exercise, where attendees were asked to list their positive and negative qualities. This exercise set the tone for the day's theme of personal and professional development.

The programme covered the following key topics:

1. Interpersonal Relationships:

    - Importance of building and maintaining positive relationships among colleagues and students.
    - Techniques for effective communication and conflict resolution.
    - Strategies to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.

2. Code of Conduct for Teachers and Legal Provisions: POCSO and POSH ACT

The sessions were highly informative and provided valuable insights into improving both personal attributes and professional skills.

The training programme concluded with a vote of thanks. The management staff expressed their gratitude to Rev. Fr. Francis Assisi Almeida for his enlightening sessions and to all participants for their active engagement. The day ended on a positive note, with attendees feeling motivated and better equipped to apply the new knowledge and skills in their professional lives.
