Moodbidri, March 1, 2024 : The Merit Day celebration at Carmel School commenced with an air of excitement as students, teachers, and parents gathered in the auditorium.

The event began with a solemn prayer by Grade 3C students, invoking blessings for the day's proceedings and for the success of all students.

A warm welcome was extended to all attendees by 3C students, expressing gratitude for their presence and emphasizing the importance of recognizing and celebrating academic achievements.

The stage came alive with vibrant colours and rhythmic movements as students of Grade 2A presented a captivating welcome dance, setting the tone for the rest of the event.

The youngest members of LKG and UKG showcased their talent with adorable performances, captivating the audience with their innocence and enthusiasm.
A lively action song performance by Grade IA and B students added a dynamic element to the program, engaging everyone present and infusing the atmosphere with energy and joy.

Students of Grade 3A showcased their dramatic flair with a thought-provoking skit, conveying important message on the theme "Nature's Symphony" and entertaining the audience with their creativity and stage presence.

The highlight of the event was the prize distribution ceremony, where outstanding students were honored for their academic excellence and exemplary achievements in various fields.

The guest of honour Sir Sandesh PG the Circle Police Inspector Moodbidri shared inspiring words of wisdom, encouraging students to continue striving for success and emphasizing the value of hard work and dedication.

The principal addressed the gathering, commending the efforts of students and teachers alike and highlighting the importance of merit and character in shaping future leaders.

A heartfelt vote of thanks was extended by Grade 3B students to all for their contributions towards making the Merit Day celebration a resounding success.
