Neerude - Mangaluru, July 10 : On June 30, 2024, the ICYM Neerude Unit, in collaboration with the Catholic Sabha Neerude Unit, celebrated the "Vana Mahotsava Plantation Drive - 2024" at St Roque Church , Neerude. On this occasion, with great enthusiasm, ICYM President Floyd Pinto, Catholic Sabha President Rajendra Pinto, Director Fr. Alban Rodrigues, and all the members of the ICYM and Catholic Sabha planted tree saplings around the church premises. Additionally, the ICYM Neerude Unit members took the initiative to plant nearly 30 saplings in the Neerude public ground for a greener and healthier environment.

Following the plantation drive, the ICYM Neerude Unit also distributed tree saplings to each family in the parish.
The success of this event was achieved through the support, encouragement, cooperation, and dedication of the ICYM Neerude Unit, Catholic Sabha, and parishioners.
