Permude - Mangaluru, July 2̆2, 2024 : ICYM along with the Witness and Environment commissions started a movement called 'One Family One Tree ' Campaign which was inaugurated at St John the Baptist Church Permude on July 21.
In the inaugural speech Rev Fr Ronald Pinto the Parish Priest called each family to plant a tree and to take care of it. He also said this movement will be an example for the children and for society. The chief guest Rev Fr Vijay Machado, Diocesan Director of Mangal Joythi distributed the plants to the youth and asked them to take care of it as their own.

Mr Henry D'Cunha Vice-President, Mr Dolphy Pinto the Secretary, Mr Vinod Pinto Coordinator of all commissions, Mr Henry Fernandes Environment commision Secretary, ICYM animators Mr Roshan Rodrigues and Vineeta Tauro, ICYM President Miss Sony Neha Dsouza were present for the program. Miss Vinisha Dsouza, ICYM Secretary hosted the program.
