Moodbidri, June 20 : ICYM St. Matthew Deanery Moodbidri, held its ‘Annual General Meet and Executive Committee Election for 2024-2025’ at Corpus Christi Church Hall, Moodbidri on 16th June 2024 at 4 pm.

The programme began with a prayer service. Rev. Fr. Deepak Noronha, Colin Baptist Dsouza – Amcho Yuvak Representative of ICYM Mangalore Diocese and Anil John Sequeira - Immediate Past President of ICYM Mangalore Diocese were present during this program. Brendon Cutinha - President of ICYM Moodbidri Deanery welcomed the gathering. Vijoy Cardoza - Secretary of ICYM Moodbidri Deanery presented the annual report and Auditor Jonita Rodrigues presented the annual financial report of the year 2023-2024.

Thereafter, Colin Baptist Dsouza – Amcho Yuvak Representative of ICYM Mangalore Diocese and Anil John Sequeira - Immediate Past President of ICYM Mangalore Diocese outlined responsibilities of each post and smoothly conducted the election procedure.

Following the election, Rev. Fr. Deepak Noronha presided over the oath ceremony and the former executive committee members of 2023-2024 handed over their responsibilities to newly elected members. Brendon Cutinha thanked everyone for their support throughout his presidency from 2023 to 2024. Javin Dsouza, the newly elected president, expressed his gratitude for this new opportunity.

Joyston Dsouza compered the programme. Vijoy Cardoza delivered a vote of thanks, and the programme concluded with the ICYM Anthem.
