Nellyady - Puttur , Aug 17 : On Sunday 11th August 2024, ICYM Nellyady Unit along with all the youths of Infant Jesus Church Nellyady celebrated National Youth Sunday.

The day commenced by actively taking part in the Holy Mass, wherein there was a special prayer for all the youths.

After Mass, a small youth get together session was conducted. Mrs. Nishmitha D Souza - YCS Animator welcomed the gathering. Later on, ICYM Director & Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Gratian Alvares addressed the youths and encouraged all the youths to be united & work for the betterment of all the youths, parishioners & the society & listed out all the activities that could be conducted with respect to it. And with the presence of ICYM Director, Animator , YCS Animator & all the youths it was decided to conduct a youth get together once in 3 months.

Sr.Saritha D Souza - ICYM Animator proposed a vote of thanks & concluded the session by having breakfast together. It was a great day wherein all the youths got a chance to interact with each other which made this session a successful one. Around 23 youths were present for the Event.
