Kadaba - Puttur, July 28, 2024 : Kadaba parishioners celebrated the titular feast of their patron, St. Joachim, on July 26th evening by celebrating the Holy Eucharist. The Holy Eucharist was presided over by Rev. Fr. Arun Wilson Lobo, Principal of Padua College, Mangalore. He was the former parish priest. Concelebrated by V. Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mascarenhas Vicar Vara of Puttur Deanery, Rev. Fr. Paul Prakash Dsouza, the parish priest, Rev. Amith Prakash Dsouza, principal of St. Ann's School Kadaba, Rev. Fr. John Baptist Moras, parish priest of Maril Church, and Rev. Ashok Rayan Crasta, principal of St. Philomena PU College.

ICYM Kadaba inaugurated its 40 years of establishment, the Ruby jubilee (1984–2024). The logo was launched by Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mascarenhas.

The Commission of social communication Kadaba, in collaboration with ICYM Kadaba, has created the website of the church. This was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Arun Wilson Lobo.

Ms. Joylin Martis (Lady Vice President, ICYM Kadaba) was the MC for the inaugurations. Mr. Joshua N. Dsouza (Secretary, ICYM Kadaba) gave information about the website and logo.

Rev. Fr. Arun Willson Lobo was honoured for his service in the parish.

Thereafter, ICYM Kadaba conducted a housie housie game for all the parishioners. Later, dinner was served, which was prepared by the parishioners.
