Gantalkatte - Moodbidri, Feb 4, 2024 : The Annual General Meeting and Election of the Indian Catholic Youth Movement unit of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Gantalkatte for the year 2024-25 was held on May 26, 2024. Mr. Pritesh Danthis, the outgoing president of 2023-24, welcomed everyone to the meeting, and Ms. Arrel Miranda, the Secretary, presented the annual report. Mr. Roydon Menezes proposed the report, which was approved by Ms. Benita Menezes. Subsequently, Mr. Roydon Menezes, the auditor of 2023-24, presented the annual budget, which was also approved during the meeting.

Following the budget presentation, elections were conducted in the presence of Fr. Ronald Prakash D'Souza, the Director of ICYM, Gantalkatte. The newly elected committee members for 2024-25 are:

• President: Mr. Ishan Menezes
• Vice President: Mr. Oliver D'Souza
• Lady Vice President: Ms. Lishel Correa
• General Secretary: Ms. Glenita Menezes
• Joint Secretary: Ms. Arrel Miranda
• Treasurer: Mr. Roydon Menezes
• Auditor: Ms. Melisha Miranda
• Amso Yuvak Pratinidhi: Mr. Aaron Fernandes
• Red Drop Representative: Mr. Shawn Pinto
• Sports Secretary: Mr. Ethan Rodrigues
• Liturgy Secretary: Mr. Eyan Sequeira
• Cultural Secretary: Ms. Jesvita Miranda

Rev. Fr. Ronald Prakash D'Souza congratulated the newly elected committee members and emphasized the importance of their roles. The transition from the outgoing to the incoming committee members also took place during the same meeting.
