Nirkan - Bantwal , June 24 : The members of the ICYM Nirkan unit gathered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church premises on the evening of Sunday, June 16, 2024, at 5:00 pm.

Under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Leo William Lobo, the beloved parish priest, the group of 11 members from ICYM dedicated their time to cleaning the church premises and helping with various tasks. It was a wonderful display of teamwork and community spirit as everyone came together to contribute to the upkeep of the church.

The collective effort was not limited to the ICYM Nirkan unit alone, as Vincent Bennis, the dedicated Animator of the ICYM Nirkan unit, Brother Loyd D'Souza, the advisor and well-wisher for ICYM Nirkan Unit and members of the Young Christian Students (YCS) Nirkan Unit also wholeheartedly joined hands with them. Additionally, 8-10 parishioners also worked for the church. Their dedication and hard work are greatly appreciated.

The act of service was a great success, and everyone left with a sense of pride and accomplishment for their efforts.
