Saverapura - Moodbidri, June 21 : St Antony Ward of St Francis Xavier Church, Saverapura , Murkoth Palke celebrated their Patron St Anthony's Feast on Sunday, June 16, 2024. The ward members offered thanksgiving mass in the morning by arranging meaningful liturgy.

The members gathered at noon at Maxim Pinto's house for a gettogether. Parish Priest Rev Fr Noel Mascarenhas, Parish Secretary Vincent Dsouza and Gurkarn Irene Dcosta were the dignitaries present on the dais.

The program began with meaningful prayer service. Fr Noel  Mascarenhas gave reflection on the Word of God.

Ward members entertained the gathering with dances, SCC songs and games. Prizes were distributed and main sponsors were honoured on the occasion.

Parish Secretary Vincent Dsouza and PP Fr Noel Mascarenhas gave their message on the occasion. Parish priest lauded the ward members for honoring the patron in such a meaningful way. 

Gurkarn Irene Dcosta welcomed the gathering, Wilson Dsouza compered the program and Violet Crasta proposed vote of thanks. The programme concluded with the lunch.
