Nirkan - Bantwal , June 5 : The ICYM unit of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Nirkan held its monthly meeting on May 26, 2024 at 9:15 am right after the morning mass. The meeting was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Leo William Lobo, the director of ICYM Nirkan, along with Mr. Vincent Bennis, the Animator of ICYM Nirkan and other members.

Meeting began with gods blessings. The President, Ms. Sweedal Rodrigues welcomed the gatherings, followed by the Secretary - Renita Cardoza presented the prior meeting's report, and the Treasurer- Rolvish Fernandes shared overview of the financial expenses for the year 2023-24. Subsequently, Wilson Pinto, the ICYM Bantwal Deanery Secretary, provided comprehensive guidance on election rules and regulations, and conducted the elections for the ICYM Nirkan Unit. The meeting concluded with the announcement of the newly elected office bearers for the year 2024-2025, where the outgoing members gracefully transitioned their post to the newly elected office bearers, culminating in the singing of the ICYM Anthem Song.
