Moodbidri, May 27 : ICYM Moodbidri, as part of its Golden Jubilee celebrations, conducted various competitions for parishioners on May 26, 2024, at Corpus Christi Church Hall.

The inaugural function was graced by the presence of V. Rev. Fr. Onil DSouza, judges of the day Mr. Alwyn Menezes Gantalkatte and Ms. Lavisha Dsouza Salethur, Golden Jubilee Convenor Mr. Vincent Mascerenhas, and ICYM animators Dr. Kevin Dsouza and Mr. Royston Pinto. V. Rev. Fr. Onil DSouza extended his appreciation to the participants and conveyed his best wishes to everyone.

Various competitions like face painting, master of ceremony, fancy dress, photography competition, and pick-and-speak competition were held according to their categories, allowing both children and adults to showcase their talents.

ICYM Moodbidri Deanery president Mr.Brendon Cutinha and Red Drop Mangalore representative Mr. Cletus Pinto Shirtady graced the occasion with their presence.

Prizes for the winners were distributed at the end of the program. With enthusiastic participation, the event proved to be a success, with the active coordination by all ICYM members. The competition not only celebrated creativity but also brought the parish community together in a spirit of jubilation and shared talent.

Mr. Reuben Serrao welcomed the gathering, Ms. Ishal Rebello rendered a vote of thanks, and Ms. Anisha Noronha compered the event.
