Gurpur - Kaikamba, May 7, 2024 : ICYM-PYC Gurpur Elections for the year 2024-25 took place on 5th May in the PYC Stage after the Sunday Eucharistic Holy Mass.
Reshma Sequeira and Preema Menezes led the prayer service seeking God's blessings. ICYM-PYC President Vaibhav Rodrigues welcomed the gathering. ICYM-PYC Director Rev. Fr. Rudolph Ravi D'Sa, ICYM-PYC Animator Mr. Godwin Tauro, Parish Pastoral Council Vice President Mr. Romans Lobo, Parish Pastoral Council Secretary Mr. Johnson Lobo and ICYM-PYC Secretary Josvita D'Souza were present on this occasion.
Rev. Fr. Rudolph Ravi D'Sa gave a short motivational and inspirational speech to all the youngsters gathered. ICYM-PYC President Vaibhav Rodrigues shared his experience being the President for a year and he thanked everyone for their support.
Karnataka Regional Ex Vice President Terrence Crasta instructed all the rules and regulations of the Elections as per the Hand Book. He then conducted the elections of ICYM-PYC Gurpur Unit. There were total of 37 members present for this election. Selection of the office bearers was done by the Voting basis.

The present Office Bearers handed over the post to the Newly Elected Office Bearers. Terrence Crasta welcomed the two new members Izil Rodrigues and Vinola Moras. ICYM-PYC Animator Mr. Godwin Tauro, Parish Pastoral Council Secretary Mr. Johnson Lobo and newly elected President Lester Menezes shared their thoughts to everyone gathered. Birthday wishes were given to all the members celebrating birthdays in the month of May. The election concluded by singing the ICYM Anthem.
