Mangaluru, Aug 9 : ICYM Paneer unit organized “Yuva Sangam 2023” programme for the youth of Our Lady of Mercy Church Paneer on 6th August 2023 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at Paneer Church Hall.

ICYM President of Paneer unit Glen Shelton Rodrigues welcomed the guests to the programme. Paneer parish priest Rev. Fr. Victor Dmello, ICYM Mangalore Diocese Auditor Jaison Dsouza, Representative of ICYM South Deanery Delwin Dsouza ,The president of ICYM South Deanery Jevita Freneta Ferrao and along with few committee members, Parish Council Vice-president Mrs Saritha Dsouza and others were the dignitaries who graced the dais.

The programme began by invoking God’s blessings through a prayer song led by ICYM Members. The first session was conducted by Mr Ronald Anil Fernandes. The talk was about Education and career objectives.

The second session was conducted by Lanwin Lobo working as a Director for Data science and Artificial intelligence at MaResult Services Pvt Ltd. The talk was about taking Leadership.

The third session was conducted by Lydia Lobo and the talk was about Drug and alcohol addiction.

After all the sessions , they had a small break and The Holy Eucharist was celebrated in the church with the Adoration.Ice breaking session and games was conducted in the afternoon by Mr Clevin Lasrado member of the Parish Council. Overall it was a fun-filled day showered with enthusiasm and joy.

Finally, ICYM members conducted "Baila" to conclude the program.
