Club Activities, Exhibitions, Academic Excellence Awards organised under 'Ignite To Excel' unique program

Mangaluru, Feb 1 : Rosario English Higher Primary School, Bolar celebrated its annual day on 19th January 2023. It was a show solely conceptualised, designed and executed by the students and faculty. The occasion was graced by the President V. Rev. Fr Anthony Shera (Secretary- Catholic Board of Education, Mangalore), Chief Guest Mr Ivan D’souza (Vice President of Karnataka Pradesh Congress), Correspondent Rev. Fr. Alfred J. Pinto (Parish Priest Rosario Church), Mr John Edward D’silva (Vice President Parish Pastoral Council), Administrator Rev.Fr. Vinod Lobo, Mrs Alice K.J (Headmistress-Rosario High School), Mrs Mavis Serao (Headmistress- REMHPS).
The programme commenced with a prayer dance, followed by the welcome address by Headmistress Mrs Mavis Serao. The programme began with a music concert which mesmerised the audience with harmony. Annual Report was presented to the audience highlighting the achievements of the school. Inauguration of various clubs and exhibitions was done by the chief guests. A very inspirational speech was delivered by Rev. Fr. Antony Shera explained his views that values stand above everything as so many untoward incidents are taking place now and then. The Chief Guest delivered his inspiring speech which urged the students to do their best and bring honour to the school, their family and the country.
The Correspondent Rev. Fr. Alfred J. Pinto highlighted the message in love and forgiveness to our neighbour. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs Roopa Nayak. General & Academic merit Award ceremony was conducted to felicitate and recognize the talents of the students in various fields. The Administrator Rev. Fr. Vinod Lobo presented the certificates to the winners. They had two eminent personalities Mrs Juliana Mascarenhas and Vidushi Chayashri who were the judges to evaluate the various clubs, exhibitions and talents displayed by the students. The donors were honoured for their contributions and support. The whole programme was beautifully organised by Teacher Shoby Francis and Teacher Roopa Nayak.
