Allipade - Bantwal, March 25 : St. Antony English Medium School, Allipade, hosted a grand KG-II Convocation Ceremony on March 20, 2025. The event was a joyous occasion, marking an important milestone in the lives of the young graduates. Parents, teachers, and dignitaries gathered to celebrate this proud moment as the little ones took their first step toward primary education.

The program commenced with a graceful procession of KG-II students, dressed in convocation gowns and caps. Their bright smiles and confident strides made it a heartwarming moment, symbolizing their transition to the next stage of their academic journey. This was followed by a prayer song by the KG-I students, invoking divine blessings for the children and the event.

Adding vibrance to the occasion, the KG-I students presented a delightful dance performance, captivating the audience with their enthusiasm and innocence. Their well-coordinated steps and cheerful expressions made the event even more special.

The esteemed guests of the day included the Chief Guest, Mrs Sabitha Lavina Pinto, Rev. Fr Robert D'Souza, the Correspondent, and Sr Lavina Veigas, the Headmistress. Ms Vanitha introduced the Chief Guest to the gathering, and the dignitaries on the dais felicitated her.

As the highlight of the event, the KG-II children proudly received their certificates and mementos from the Chief Guest. Walking up to the dais with immense pride and joy, their beaming faces in convocation attire created a truly heartwarming sight. Parents watched with happiness as their children stepped forward with confidence, ready to embrace the next phase of their education.

The Chief Guest, Mrs Sabitha Lavina Pinto, delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the vital role of collaboration between parents and educational institutions in creating a positive environment for a child's growth. She highlighted the significance of education and encouraged the young learners to continue their journey with curiosity and enthusiasm.

On behalf of the students, Isham and Hizza of KG-II expressed their gratitude towards the teachers and parents for their unwavering support and guidance. Their innocent yet sincere words touched the hearts of everyone present.

Rev. Fr Robert D'Souza, the Correspondent, then delivered a motivating speech, reaffirming the school's commitment to providing quality education and fostering holistic development. He applauded the students for their achievements and encouraged them to step forward with confidence. He also appreciated the efforts of the KG staff and students for organizing a wonderful event.

The program was compered by Ms Sowmya, while Ms Jenitha delivered words of appreciation.
