Mulki, Feb 28 : The Parents’ Day celebration held in Bethany English Medium Higher Primary School, Kilpady, Mulki on Thursday 27th February 2025, was a memorable event that brought together students, parents, and teachers to recognize the vital role of parents in a child’s education and overall development.

The event began with a  prayer song, welcome dance and a sweet welcome speech by Mrs. Mable Dsouza emphasizing the importance of parental involvement in shaping students’ academic and personal growth. This was followed by a series of cultural performances, including dances, songs, and  speech  presented by students from Pre. KG to UKG showcasing their talents and creativity.

The School Activities of the year 2024-2025 was presented to the gathered community through the Power Point Presentation  by Mrs Shanthi Maria Lobo. The Master of Ceremony for the cultural programme was done by the students of UKG, Miss- Rifa Mariyam and Mr. Yansh.

In addition, interactive sessions and fun games were organized for the  parents. The school also took this opportunity to present awards to the winners of the games that were conducted for the parents. Sr. Shalet Dsouza gave the presidential speech, Sr.Meena BS the guest for the day's program delivered her speech giving the message to  the parents in care of their children. On behalf of parents  Mr.Chandru shared his experience on this special occasion. His gratitude towards Management, and teachers for their continuous efforts in nurturing their children and appreciating the work of a school.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Sr. Sujata Ekka appreciating the efforts of students, teachers, and parents in making the celebration a grand success. It was truly a day filled with joy, appreciation, and mutual understanding, reinforcing the partnership between home and school. At the end of the program juice and snacks were distributed to all.
