Report : Mrs. Lidwin Crasta

Vamanjoor, June 18 : Yogostava day 2024 at St Raymond’s P U College, organized by the Rangers and Rovers unit, was a dynamic celebration of yoga and wellness. Held on 15 June 2024 at the P U College auditorium. This event united Rovers, Rangers, other students, teaching and the non-teaching staff in a series of invigorating yoga sessions conducted by the seasoned instructor. The event was graced by Sr. Anita Lydia BS the College Principal, Mrs. Lidwin Crasta lecturer in commerce, and Mrs. Carmel Nazareth Lecturer in English. Participants immersed themselves in the workshop exploring meditation techniques and yoga philosophy, gaining valuable insights into holistic health practices. Yogostava by Rangers and Rovers successfully fostered a sense of community and inspired a commitment to healthy living among the students.
