Mangaluru, Jan 27 : 'Annual Meet - 2025', an annual get together event of All Banks' Christian Employees Association (ABCEA) was held on 25th January 2025 at Don Bosco Hall,  Mangaluru.

The programme commenced at 7.00 p.m. by Anthem Song of ABCEA.

The President of ABCEA welcomed the gathering and in his Presidential address he said ABCEA has completed 24 years of its existence and is stepping to Silver Jubilee Celebrations in this year. He also said that during this 2024-25 year they have helped two beneficiaries for their medical treatment amounting to ₹75,000/- and an amount of ₹50,000/-  was donated to Ave Maria Palliative Centre, Vamanjoor during Christmas time.

Mrs Delphine Pais read out annual reports for the year 2023 and 2024. 8 children of the Bank Employees and members of ABCEA were honoured who have excelled in Education and Sports.  

On this Occasion, members of ABCEA Mr. Marcel DSouza and Mr. Jerome Moras were honoured for their contribution to Konkani Literature and Konkani Drama and film acting respectively.  

An amount of Rs.50,000/- was donated to the parents of late Gloria Rodrigues of Bajpe under Tragic Death Relief Fund.

Chief Guest of the program, Mr. Robert DSilva Ex AGM of Canara Bank briefed about present Customer Service in Banks, digitalisation and cautioned  about the Bank frauds.

After the stage program cultural and games activities were conducted by Mrs Rita DSouza.

The programme was compered by Mr. Dolphy Saldanha and vote of thanks was proposed by Vice President Mr. Frank Miranda.
