Omzoor, Nov 24 : The Confraternity Sunday was celebrated with devotion and joy on 24th November, 2024 at Holy Family Church, Omzoor to mark the three-day festive program of parish annual feast to be held on 27th November, 2024. The entire parish got together in huge numbers on this blessed day.

The Eucharistic Celebration began at 8.00 am with Rev Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Principal, St Philomena College, Puttur as the main celebrant. Fr William Menezes, parish priest; Fr Jeevan D’Mello, OFM Cap con-celebrated the Eucharist.

The Eucharistic Celebration was followed by the procession of Blessed Sacrament, where a large number of devotees took part in it. The musical band, the melodious choir, the prayerful singing of the parishioners, the altar servers and the colourful decoration added magnificence to the entire celebration.

After the procession, the benediction of the Blessed Sacrament took place in the Church. The entire proceeding of the Confraternity Sunday showcased the immense faith of the parishioners.
