Puttur, Sep 24, 2024 : ICYM Puttur unit celebrated "NOVEM JEVAN" on September 21, Saturday in Mai De Deus Church Puttur at sharp 7:00pm.

The program commenced with the holy rosary, emphasizing the importance of faith and spiritual growth. ICYM president Vivin Lobo warmly welcomed the gathering. ICYM director as well as the parish priest Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mascarenhas addressed the gathering and spoke about the significance of the Nativity of Mother Mary. Rev. Fr. Lohit Ajay Mascarenhas prayed for the Lord's abundant blessings on the meal. Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mascarenhas mixed the blessed new corn to the payasaam. ICYM member Ms. Lianna Rodrigues mastered the ceremony. Members of the unit collectively prepared and shared a delicious meal, showcasing camaraderie and teamwork.

The main objective of the event was to strengthen bonding among ICYM Puttur Unit members while honoring the significance of Mother Mary's Nativity. It was a successful and heartwarming celebration that reinforced unity, faith, and community spirit among the youth.
