Cascia - Mangaluru, Sep 17, 2024 : On the occasion of Monthi feast, ICYM unit of St. Rita Church, Cascia gave its contribution in various aspects. Majority of the members got together on Saturday , 7th September and helped in the decoration of the church for the Nativity feast of Mother Mary.

On the day of the Monthi feast, the ICYM volunteered for the distribution of the sugarcane. After the distribution, all members had a small get together and organised 'Get together for Novem Pivan' for all the ICYM members of the church. The parish priest, Fr. Eric Crasta and ICYM members were a part of this. President of ICYM Cascia Unit, Khushi Dlima had welcomed all present which was then followed by the Parish priest address.

Later, Novem Pivan was done and ended with a vote of thanks, Joint Secretary ICYM Cascia Unit, Neola Fernandes giving speech of gratitude.
