Belthangady , Feb 20 : ICYM Belthangady Deanery organized a delightful one-day picnic to "The Palm Island" Kemmannu, Udupi on February 4, 2023 for the Deanery council members. The journey commenced at 6:30 am from Belthangady. En route, all members attended the Holy Eucharist Mass at St. Victor's Church Nellikar, presided over by Fr. Praveen D'Souza, Director of ICYM Belthangady Deanery.

Upon arrival, the participants were warmly welcomed with refreshments and engaged in indoor activities such as carrom and table tennis. Later, they indulged in outdoor activities including badminton, dodgeball, kayaking, and water sports. Following a satisfying lunch, the members participated in games such as volleyball, cricket, and archery.

As the evening approached, the group returned home brimming with joy and happiness. A total of 24 council members, accompanied by the Director of ICYM Belthangady Deanery, took part in this memorable excursion.
