Children's Day and Catechism Teachers' Day celebrated at Saverapura

Moodbidri, Nov 20 : Children's Day and Catechism Teachers' Day was organised by YCS unit of St Francis Xavier Church , Saverapura on 20th November 2022. Redemptorist priests Rev Fr Dony Cardoza & Rev Fr Alwyn Joyan Dcosta graced the occasion with their presence and apt messages for the day.

YCS organised games for children and catechism teachers. Winners were honoured with prizes.

Earlier in the day, Christ King ward celebrated the feast of their ward patron during the 8am mass. Fr Alwyn Joyan Dcosta celebrated the mass and Fr Dony Cardoza delivered a meaningful homily. Christ King ward members actively participated in the liturgy. Refreshments were arranged for the parishioners after the mass.
