Mangaluru, Sep 27 : In a spectacular display of skill and determination, the students of St. Theresa's School, Mangaluru, made their mark at the prestigious AICS swimming competition held at St. Aloysius Gonzaga School on September 22nd, 2023. The event witnessed remarkable achievements from the young swimmers, bringing home a slew of medals and accolades.
Nia Jasani, a remarkable swimmer from class VII under category 2 girls, proved her mettle by securing an incredible haul of 3 gold medals and 1 bronze. Her consistency and commitment to excellence in the pool were truly commendable. Her dedication and hard work clearly paid off as she stood atop the podium by winning the Individual Championship, setting an example for her peers.
Joining the ranks of the victorious, Shaurya Shetty, under category 2 boys from class VIII, demonstrated his swimming prowess with 1 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
Parikshit K, under category 2 boys, a promising athlete from class VIII, contributed significantly to the school's success with 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal.
Miarka Kamath, a talented student from class X, emerged as a star performer in the Group 1 category girls. She showcased her exceptional swimming prowess by clinching an impressive total of 1 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medals.
