Mangaluru, Sep 26 : The swimmers of Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru performed well in the AICS swimming competition held at St. Aloysius Gonzaga School on 22nd September 2023.
Under group 1 category, Saanvi Kotian of grade IX won the 2nd place in the 200 meter individual medley.
Under group 2 and 3 category, Poorvi C.K. of grade VI won the 2nd place in the 50 meter backstroke and the 3rd place in the 50 meter breaststroke. Keertana Kishore of grade VII won the 3rd place in the 50 meter backstroke and Grace Olivia Dsilva of grade VIII won the 3rd place in the 50 meter butterfly stroke.

Under group 4 category, Shivanshi Santhosh Suvarna of grade II won the 3rd place in the 50 meter backstroke. Nishka Senora Fernandes of grade III won the 2nd place in the 50 meter butterfly stroke and the 3rd place in the 200 meter Individual medley. Shayden Prinston Rego of grade IV won the 1st place in the 50 meter breaststroke and the 3rd place in the 50 meter backstroke.
The school management, principal and staff congratulated the swimmers for their good performance and wish them well in their future events.
