Nirkan - Bantwal, Dec 26 : Christmas Eve was celebrated with great joy and happiness at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Nirkan, on 24th December 2024.

At 7:00 PM, the choir members led the carol singing, and along with devotees, they sang Christmas carols symbolizing the spirit of the season.

At 7:30 PM, the Solemn Festive Mass was held with the main celebrant Rev Fr Vincent D’souza along with Rev Fr Stany Rodrigues and Parish Priest Rev Fr Leo Lobo.

After the mass, refreshments were provided to all the devotees gathered.

Following this, the ICYM Nirkan unit held the Nathalanchi Sanz - 2024 program to make the festive time even more special. They organized dance, drama, and auctions. Prizes for games conducted during the Christmas season were distributed, and the event concluded with the Housie Housie game, where prizes were given out.
