Balkunje - Kinnigoli, Sep 20 : On the occasion of the Nativity of Mary, the ICYM Balkunje Unit organized the Novem Jevan program on 14th September 2024. The event began at 7 p.m. with a short prayer service in the church hall. The Parish Priest of St Paul Church, Rev. Fr. Paul Sequeira, blessed the food and appreciated the enthusiasm of the youth. A total of 30 members of ICYM and YCS dined along with the guests. Altogether, there were nine dishes, including payasam for dessert.

Rev. Fr. Paul Sequeira, Dr. Freeda Rodrigues Vice President of the Parish Council, Mrs. Nancy Cardoza Secretary of the Parish Council, Mrs. Lavina Serrao Convenor of the Pastoral Commissions, and Mrs. Sunitha Pinto Animator of YCS Balkunje were present along with the ICYM members. The program concluded with everyone enjoying ice cream.
Grotto Cleaning by ICYM Balkunje Unit
On the occasion of the Nativity of Mary, the members of the ICYM Balkunje Unit came together to clean and decorate the Grotto with flowers, preparing it for the feast and enhancing its beauty.
