Allipade - Bantwal, Sep 10, 2024 : St Antony School joyfully celebrated Teachers’ day on September 6 honouring the tireless dedication and contributions of its educators. This day also marks the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan revered academician Bharat Ratna recipient diplomat and timeless teacher.

On this remarkable day the teachers were warmly welcomed by the students who excitedly prepared a day of fun and celebration. The program commenced with a prayer dance invoking God’s blessings. The welcome speech was delivered by Larisha Pais who warmly greeted everyone with a smile . Floral tribute to the portrait of Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan was paid to embark on his influence.

The students organized the work of teachers. The event commenced with a heartfelt medley of songs followed by captivating dance performances dedicated to the teachers. On behalf of students Reeva Pinto expressed her views and thoughts about teachers.

One of the key highlights of the event was a skit depicting the unique bond between teachers and students. It resonated deeply with the audience learning a lasting impression. Sanvi Shetty compered the program students conducted various games for the all staff adding an interactive and enjoyable element to the event.

The correspondent acknowledged and appreciated the teachers for their contributions to the institution and extended his best wishes for the day. As a gesture of appreciation, the correspondent distributed gifts to the teachers. The vote of thanks was delivered by Miss Thulasi.

The correspondent Rev Father Robert Dsouza, Mr Naveen Moras the vice president, Sr Lavina Veigas and Miss Vinoda the Kannada and English Medium school Headmistress were present for the event.

The entire celebration was a grand success and left behind beautiful memories that will be cherished by all.
