Allipade - Bantwal, Jul 6 : "Where there are green trees on earth, there is a heaven" - Upasana Pattanayak.
Vanamahotsava was celebrated at St. Antony English Medium school, Allipade on 2nd July 2024 in the school auditorium. The students showcased their skills in speech, recitation of poem and sung a nature song which highlighted the importance of trees. Students were encouraged to plant a sapling at home.

A quiz was conducted to educate the significance of the day.
The Students planted saplings around the perimeter of the school ground, in the presence of the headmistress, the teachers and the students.
The students, headmistress and the staff presented a sapling to the correspondent to promote afforestation.
The program ended with the national anthem . Miss Reeshal compered the programme.
