Mulki, June 24 : The investiture Ceremony and Club Inauguration 2024-25 at Bethany English Medium Higher Primary School, Kilpady was held on June 24 to imbibe leadership quality among the students. They started their program by Invoking God’s blessings. Sr. Jyothi and Mrs. Savitha mastered the ceremony.

Mrs.Dayavathi welcomed the gathering. Sr. Rita Sharal florally welcomed.

Rev Fr Abraham D’Souza SVD Divine Call Center, Mulki graced the occasion. The ceremonial lighting of the auspicious lamp by the dignitaries and the student council initiated the auspicious ceremony. Welcomed the gathering and then administered the oath. The investiture ceremony is one of the moments of occasion of the school where the newly elected and selected members of the student council are officially vested with their powers and positions. The elected Cabinet members are given various responsibilities in the whole academic year.

“Clubs are the instruments through which one can find their hidden talents”

The club in-charge along with the club secretary displayed the posters on various clubs. The various clubs inaugurated are -

• Scout Guides
• Science club
• Math club
• Social club
• Hindi club
• Literature club

After the formal inauguration, there was a wonderful cultural programme presented by different clubs in the form of dance, skit, experiments etc.

After the cultural program the Chief guest addressed the gathering about leadership quality, Discipline etc. “Remember that each of you is unique, with your own talents, dreams, and aspirations. Embrace who you are and strive to be the best version of yourself, work hard and be ready to take risk”. After which Sr Rita Sharal spoke about the importance of leadership. “Many wanted to be a leader but among them you are selected as a Cabinet member so be an inspiration to your classmates”.

At the end Miss Varshita proposed the vote of thanks.
