Bantwal : St Joseph’s Church Borimar celebrates 125th anniversary

Bantwal, Nov 22 : As part of post centenary jublee year of St Joseph's Church Borimar, Parish feast was held in the parish on November 21, 2018. Emeritus Archbishop Most Rev. Dr Bernard Moras was the main celebrant of the holy Eucharistic mass, along with Fr Gregory Pereira, the parish priest, and other priests of the deanery.

Archbishop in his speech appreciated the richness of spirituality in people and said that small parishes like Borimar has been a great example to all other parishes.He congratulated parish priest and parish council for inviting him for such an amazing function. Mr Roshan Boniface Martis, read the felicitation letter and felicitated the Archbishop along with parish priest and secretary of the parish council.

Sponsors were given memento. Lunch was arranged after the mass for all the relatives and friends who were part of the festal mass. It was indeed a memorable day and a day of great success.
