Puttur, April 10 : The Taizé Prayer organized under the leadership of Indian Catholic Youth Movement – Maril Unit, in collaboration with ICYM Puttur Deanery, was held on Sunday, 30th March 2025 at 6:00pm at Sacred Heart Church, Maril.
The program began with a warm welcome and introduction by Rev. Fr. John B Moras, Parish Priest of Maril. The prayer was meaningfully animated by Rev. Fr. Jason Lobo, Parish Priest of Nidpalli, guiding the participants into a spirit of peace and reflection.

The melodious choir was led by the enthusiastic youth of Maril Parish and Puttur Deanery, adding a spiritual essence to the evening. Youth from both Maril Unit and Puttur Deanery participated actively in the service, along with a large number of parishioners who gathered in devotion.
Deacon Daniel DSouza was also present and offered valuable support throughout. The evening concluded with an Angelus. The ICYM Director of Puttur Deanery, Rev Fr Rupesh Tauro proposed vote of thanks expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the prayer service.
The Taizé Prayer proved to be a spiritually enriching experience for everyone present.
