Ranipura - Mangaluru, Sep 18, 2024 : On Sunday, September 15th, the ICYM Ranipura Unit hosted "Sakkad Sangatha Melya" event to celebrate the Nativity of Mother Mary at Our Lady, The Queen Of The Universe church hall Ranipura. The event was focused on bringing the ICYM Ranipura Unit members together, spending quality time, and strengthening the bond among them in a joyful and engaging environment.

The event began at 3 PM with a prayer service led by the ICYM Ranipura committee. President Prajwal Periera welcomed Director Rev. Fr. Jayaprakash Dsouza, ICYM animators Mrs. Anisha Neetha Dsouza and Mr. Delan Lobo, along with all ICYM members. The "Novem Jevan" was blessed by the Director, and everyone shared in the meal together.

The participants were divided into two groups, and a series of individual and group games were organized by Ms. Melisha Dsouza. The activities included both indoor and outdoor games such as lucky chair, cricket, treasure hunt, passing the chain, balloon passing, housie housie, and more.

Refreshments were served, and prizes were awarded to the winners. Secretary Mr. Stalin Dsouza delivered the vote of thanks, and the event concluded with group photos and the ICYM Anthem. A total of 25 members attended the event.
